Sherdian is claiming that 'Desperate Housewives' creator Marc Cherry hit her across the head and face in 2008. Then fired her after she complained to his bosses. She's suing ABC and Cherry for $20 million in a lawsuit alleging assault and batter, wrongful termination, and discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation and age.
Soooo we all know she was killed off last season by electrocution. I don't know about this, it sounds like an upset ex-employee to me...but hey who am I to judge...we shall see
ABC's response so far: "While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit."
