Erykah Badu says her new video is about liberating herself from layers of inhibiting demons. Now police want to liberate her wallet of some cash. The singer will be issued a disorderly conduct citation carrying a $500 fine for stripping off all her clothes and feigning being shot in the head in Dallas's Dealey Plaza, where John F. Kennedy was assassinated.
