Out with the old...In with the new...

I have made alot of changes within this last year from friends to majors. When I was younger I used to love hanging around alot of girls, but now that I have grown up and started focusing on whats more important in my life, I had to make changes. I wont get into detail about the friendship thing I will just say that I grew up and alot of people I was around, didn't. Period. I changed my major at school from Business Administration to Social Science. I am big on investigating stuff and solving problems. So I decided to study Forensic Science. No more room for changes! I just wanted to make this post because it is getting closer to the end of a great year and heading into a New Year. Are you excited? Have you made some changes? Always remember that change is good. It's okay to get rid of the things that mean you NO good!! :-)

Kanye Album Cover Banned....

Kanye West is speaking out – again.



The notoriously outspoken rapper took his furor to Twitter Sunday night, expressing displeasure that the original artwork for his new album, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy," was "banned in the USA!!!"



"They don't want me chilling on the couch with my phoenix!" he wrote, alongside a photo of the intended artwork – a painting of an armless, winged nude woman with a polka-dotted tail straddling a man.



According to the Los Angeles Times, the cover art wasn't exactly banned, as West put it. A source close to the artist reportedly said West was strongly urged to forgo his choice of cover art, but that his label, Universal Music Group's Island Def Jam, was willing to stand behind whatever he decided to do.

The rapper, 33, continued to tweet about the hypocrisy of the nation's conservative mentality and the stifling of his "true creativity."

"In the 70s album covers had actual nudity... It's so funny that people forget that..." he wrote. "Everything has been so commercialized now.

"So Nirvana can have a naked human being on they cover but I can't have a PAINTING of a monster with no arms and a polka dot tail and wings."

Mass-market retailers were reportedly the reason why the rapper was forced to pull the cover art, after label execs allegedly speculated that stores such as Wal-Mart and Best Buy, which account for at least 10% of physical CD sales, would refuse to carry the album.

West went on to state that his creative freedom comes before album sales.

"In all honesty ... I really don't be thinking about Wal-Mart when I make my music or album covers #Kanyeshrug! I wanna sell albums but not at the expense of my true creativity," he wrote.

West has been building hype around his upcoming album, releasing new music every Friday through his "G.O.O.D. Fridays" mix tapes and using Twitter to connect with fans.

"My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" is scheduled for release on Nov. 22.

Mario Does The Fooley...

BALTIMORE -- Baltimore born R&B artist Mario was arrested early Friday morning after police said he got into a fight with his mother.

Police were called at about 1 a.m. to an apartment the two share in the 900 block of Fells Street.

Shawntia Hardaway told officers that her son, whose full name is Mario Dewar Barrett, was throwing and damaging property in the home and that he had pushed her around.

Hardaway said that earlier in the week, Mario had also pushed her across the room.

Police said inside the apartment, they found a broken mirror and a broken china closet, as well as a closet door with a hole punched in it.

Mario has said publicly that his mother has struggled for years with drug addiction.

The singer has released a number of hit albums and came in third on Dancing With the Stars a few seasons ago.

Mario, 24, was charged with one count of second-degree assault. He was released from Central Booking after posting $50,000 bond.

Who's Cheating???

Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher, 32, has recently been hit with a cheating scandal, as Star Magazine runs a story of a woman claiming to have had an affair with the actor.  Although Ashton has been married to 47-year-old actress Demi Moore for almost five years now, the magazine states that they have proof of the actor’s infidelity, and that their mystery woman is willing to tell her story to the whole world.  Hollywood tinsel town was surprised with the rumors and everybody is waiting for more details and confirmation.
The 21-year-old mystery woman, bearing a striking resemblance to the foxy star, as described by the magazine, says she met the former MTV Punked host last July in Lucky Strikes Lanes in Hollywood.  The mystery woman narrates that he strikes up a conversation with her and before he leaves, mystery woman slips him her number on a cocktail napkin.  Days later, mystery woman asserts that they were already making love on the sofa in his house while Demi was out of town.   She further declares that it was not “random,” as the famous actor has made her believe that what they shared was more than just a fling.

Meanwhile, Demi and Ashton helped launch the Real Men Don't Buy Girls campaign at The Clinton Global Initiative in the midst of the allegations of infidelity. Ashton took it to Twitter and stated:

“I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees”

 

“Star magazine — you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction,” he added.

I highly doubt these allegations, BUT who knows...I love them together and I'm sure Demi Moore won't let this cloud that love.

Rhianna Throws Theeee Best Bachelorette Party....

Rhianna threw her bff an amazing bachelorette party ( even though Russel Brand got arrested on the way to Vegas ), Katy still made it there and on time. The party started with a pool party at The Hard Rock Hotel Beach Club where Katy wore a white bikini and veil, followed by a performance of Ka by Cirque du Soleil they met with the cast backstage then headed out for dinner and a night of clubbing.

I love these ladies as bff's...Congrats Katy Perry!!
